UI – New Platform panel at the top that shows All/Combined viewers. (You can turn this off in the Settings if you don’t want it.)
UI – Platform Focusing – Click a platform at the top to focus on chat/alerts from only that platform. Really helpful if you want to check in on a platform that’s less active and getting drowned out by a more active platform. To go back to seeing all platforms, you can click:
The same platform again, or
Anywhere in the top bar, or
The “Combined” platform (if you have it enabled)
UI – Font support for the Cham language.
Fixed
Twitch – Twitch now stays logged in! No more getting logged out every single day.
Performance Increase – Stream Focus used to constantly process new messages/alerts 60 times per second, even during low activity. This was super inefficient. Now it smartly adjusts how fast it processes incoming messages/alerts based on how busy your chat is. This massively improves performance and makes Stream Focus use your PC’s resources a lot more sparingly.
Performance Increase – Profile images are now multithreaded.
Performance Increase – Animated GIFs are now only processed once, then cached and reused when called. This massively improves on the previous method which would re-process the same GIF every time it was called.
Performance Increase – All images (profile images, badges, emotes, gifts etc.) now load faster. Previously, all images were being compressed (which wasn’t really necessary). But the compression was causing a small bottleneck. So compression is now off.
Profile images are now pre-loaded before a message/alert is displayed. This fixes the “white flash” that would occur when a profile image hadn’t fully loaded yet.
YouTube – Member Badges are now pre-loaded before a message/alert is displayed. This fixes the “white flash” that would occur when a badge hadn’t fully loaded yet.
UI – The Scroll Pause button now animates smoothly when returning to bottom. This fixes the laggy look it had when it was trying to return to the bottom while lots of new messages were pouring in.
Some animated GIFs were animating incorrectly, looking like an “echo”. These have been fixed.
Twitch – In rare cases where a user would redeem “highlight my message” and it was their “first time chat”, the message would show up as black. These will now show up as “first time chat” messages.
